ROASTING & DESPATCHING

We aim to roast all coffee to order and despatch orders within 48 hours

SHIPPING

  • We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping on all coffee club subscriptions and orders £25+
  • There is an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • For all other coffee orders we charge a flat rate of £3.00
  • 1 x 250g & 2 x 250g bags of coffee are delivered in letterbox friendly packaging

(Please consider the environment when choosing your delivery frequency)

 

Please note, Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 48 orders within 2-3 working days however if you haven't received your item, we do need to wait 10 working days before Royal Mail consider it as lost.

RETURNS

Non-Consumable Items: We gladly accept returns for any equipment or defective items. To initiate a return, please ensure that the equipment or merchandise is in its original, unused condition and still in its original packaging. Ship the item back to Unit 4 The Cloisters, Sudbury, CO10 2YR within 14 days of purchase. If you're returning non-faulty goods, please bear the cost of shipping and provide proof of the return. For faulty goods, we will arrange a pickup using our own courier service, and you will need to be available for a designated collection.

 

Consumable Items: We want you to be delighted with your order, but since coffee is a consumable product, we can only offer replacements or refunds for coffee that is faulty or damaged. This will be assessed by our Customer Service team and our Head of Coffee, as necessary. If you encounter such an issue, please reach out to our Customer Service team via email at store@frankcoffee.co.uk They will work closely with you to resolve the matter.
