How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been despatched, the email contains a link to track your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Please let us know before we despatch your order, once its despatched it can no longer be cancelled.

I have received the wrong order, what can I do?

Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order.

When will my order be despatched?

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours. We roast coffee to order so if you order on day 1, that coffee may be scheduled for day 2 or 3.

How much is delivery?

Subscriptions and orders over £25 get free Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.

 

Otherwise the options are;

How long will my order take to arrive?

Royal Mail 48 - 2-3 working days from despatch

Royal Mail 24 - 1-2 working days from despatch

 

Please note Royal Mail will need us to wait 10 days before claiming for a lost delivery

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

Orders of 1 x 250g and 2 x 250g bags of coffee are shipped in letterbox friendly boxes

Is your packaging recyclable?

You can recycle your cardboard delivery boxes & your coffee pouch is also code 4 plastic recyclable

How do roasters club subscriptions work?

You choose from either our Espresso, Filter or Decaf subscriptions.

 

- Choose size, frequency & grind

- We rotate your coffee's each delivery

- You can pause, skip, edit or cancel anytime in the customer portal.

 

Delivery is free.

How do Subscribe & Save subscriptions work?

You choose from one of our house coffee (coffee available all year round)

- We send your coffee as per schedule

- You can pause, skip, edit or cancel anytime in the customer portal.

When will I be charged?

For standard subscriptions you will be charged at the frequency periods. For example a monthly subscription will be charged once a month.

 

For prepaid subscriptions you will be charged once for the entire amount at the start of the subscription.

How do Prepaid subscriptions work?

You choose from one of our Roasters Club Subscriptions, Choose your grind & size, and choose a frequency. Delivery is free and you save money over pay as you go subscriptions.

Can I gift a prepaid Subscriptions?

Sure, on the product page simply check the box to tell us its a gift and leave any relevant information in the box provided.

Is your coffee Fairtrade?

Good question, the short answer is mostly no. The coffee we source is 'Speciality coffee' meaning it is of a very high standard. For this reason farmers are able to demand a higher price for their coffee, often 100-200% higher then the Fairtrade price so there is simply no benefit for these farmers to be part of the Fairtrade scheme.

Is coffee certified Organic?

Some are, some aren't. In many cases, the coffee we source are being farmed organically, however the cost and bureaucracy involved for small farmers to become 'certified' is not worth the hassle.

You don't have detailed tasting notes on your coffee like other roasters, why is that?

We do provide some tasting notes, however we really want our customers to taste our coffee with an open mind find their own flavours and aromas. Have fun with it, if a coffee says it has notes of blueberry & you can taste apple, thats great! It's all about your own memories and associations with different tastes and aromas.
