In 2022, Orlando and the Samoro group turned their coffee into a standout in the specialty market. Positioned just east of Cristo Liurai mountain, their unique climate accelerates fermentation, resulting in a bolder flavour for the second year in a row. This tight-knit group supports each other to maintain quality and consistency in their coffee processing. With guidance from Luis Santos de Jesus and our continued support, they're adapting to climate change and enhancing their methods.

Karst's new venture in Eratoi aims to future-proof their coffee by planting a seedling for every 10kg of beans sold. This initiative not only contributes to environmental sustainability but also supports the local farmers' ability to continue producing high-quality coffee.
